Sometimes it develops tolerance so you have to increase the dose to get the desired result.

here is a certain hack that helps you during headaches. So try them before taking pain killer.

1 . Massage your head



Many stress relief and headache treatment oil present in market .massaging your head with oil help you to get rid of headache .massage relaxes the muscles and Decreases stress level.


2.Acupressure

Acupressure is also a massage. It has numerous benefits.

  • Take a comfortable position and relaxes your body.

  • Massage acupressure with light pressure and in a circular motion.

acupressure points are

1 . Yintang point-between the eyebrows

2 . Zan zhu points- at the base of the eyebrows or beside both sides of the upper nose.

10.HYDRATION

11.Henna leaves
