6 Beverages To Beat Summer Heat.

Summer season is approaching, so the first thought that comes to mind is how to keep yourself refreshed and hydrated during summer. Since we all know that packed drinks are not at all good for our health. So here are some easy homemade beverages that will help to keep you hydrated and refresh during summer.


1. Watermelon Mojito :


A great way to start your morning with healthy watermelon mojito (non-alcoholic).

( So do you all know that " MO-JI-TO" are actually pronounce as "MO-HI-TO")


Ingredients :

  1. Lemon Cubes

  2. Mint Leaves

  3. Powder Sugar

  4. Pink Salt / Black Salt

  5. Watermelon Cubes

  6. Ice Cubes

  7. Soda / Sprite

You will also need :

  1. Lemon crusher

  2. Knife

  3. A blender or Juicer

  4. Mixing Bowl or Pitcher

Steps to Follow


  1. Take a mixing bowl, add some lemon cubes and mint leaves.

  2. Mix some powdered sugar ( 2 tsp for 1 glass ) and pink / black salt (1/2 tsp for 1 glass ).

  3. With the help of a spoon crush everything well.

  4. In the next step take some watermelon cubes to grind/blend them well.

  5. Take a glass, mix all the ingredients, and put some ice cubes on the top.

  6. The next will be to add some soda/sprite to the solution.

  7. For garnishing purposes, you can use mint leaves or basil leaves according to your convenience.

2. Coconut Mojito :

A perfect coconut mojito tropical drink to keep you refresh during summer.


Ingredient -:

  1. Mint leaves

  2. Lemon

  3. Sparkling Water

  4. Coconut Milk

  5. Sea Salt

  6. Sugar

  7. Ice cubes

Steps:-

  1. Cut the lemon into equal half. Take a glass and then squeeze the one-half lemon into a glass.

  2. Add some sugar ( 1 tsp for 1 glass ) into the base of your glass and mix it well with lime juice.

  3. mix some mint leaves and crush it well. Add some sea salt (1/2 tsp) as well.

  4. Now add some coconut milk (light solution).

  5. Finally, add ice cubes to the glass and then add Sparkling water/soda until the glass full.

  6. For garnishing add a Lime slot or mint leaves at the top.

Note - It's better to use low-fat coconut milk. Coconut mojito isn't very sweet in flavor but it is light, hydrating, and bubbly with the delicious flavor of coconut and lime.



3. Date Shake:-

Ingredients -:

1. Dates (8-9 dates for 1 jar )

2. Milk ( low fat preferable )

3. Vanilla ice cream ( 2 scoops)

4. Ice cubes

5. Cinnamon

6. Dry fruits

7. Almond (optional )

8. Chopped banana (optional )



Steps


  1. Pit and chop dates

  2. Place the chopped dates into a blender. Add some chopped banana or almonds if you want to make the drink more nutritious and tasty.

  3. Add 1/4 of milk and then blend it well until it becomes a little creamy, thick, and consistent.

  4. Now add some ice cream (2 scoops for 1 glass ) into a solution and blend it well until you get the desired thickness.

  5. Now pour the solution into a glass also don't forget to add some ice cubes.

  6. For garnishing, purposes add some cinnamon powder or dry fruits if you want. That's all now enjoy your healthy, nutritious, energetic, and delicious drinks.


4. Caramel Cold coffee:-

Ingredient:-

1. Milk

2. Water

3. Instant espresso

4. Ice cubes

5. Caramel syrup

6. Vanilla extract


Steps:-


  1. Take a mixing jar, fill 1/4 of a glass with milk and water.

  2. Add instant espresso (2 tsp for 1 glass ) and caramel syrup ( 1 tsp for 1 glass ).

  3. Mix some vanilla extract (1/2 tsp for 1 glass ).

  4. The next step will be to blend everything well until the solution becomes a little thick.

  5. Now take a glass, drizzle some caramel sauce into the top, bottom, and along the side.

  6. Add ice and pour the blended coffee into a glass. That's all enjoy your sweet & salty caramel cold coffee. Isn't it super easy to make .......... enjoy !.

5. Mango Mojito:-




Ingredients :-

1. Mango

2. Powdered sugar

3. Coldwater

4. Mint Leaves

5. Pink salt

6. Lemon slice

7. Sparkling water / Soda

8. Ice cubes


Steps

  1. Extract some mango pulp. Take a blender place all mango pulp into your blender, add some powdered sugar ( 3 small tsp for 1 glass ) and add 1/4 of water then blend everything well.

  2. Now take another glass. Place some lime slot and mint leaves (2-3 leaves ), crush everything well.

  3. Add pink salt ( 1/2 tsp for 1 glass ). Then top with two large tablespoons of mango pulp puree and three tablespoons of sparkling water until the glass gets filled.

  4. For garnishing, purposes add mint leaves and lime slots.


6. Sharbat ( Almonds )

(let's have some sip of royalty with this delicious almonds shake ).

Ingredients::-

1. Almonds / Badam

2. Water

3. Saffron pinch

4. Cardamom Powder

5. Sugar ( 1 cup )

6. Milk


Steps:-

1. Soak some almonds for 2-3 hours. Peel all the almonds and place them into a blender . Add 1 small cup of milk and then blend it to make a paste.

2. Take a saucepan. Add another small cup of milk, bring it to a boil. then add blended paste.

3. Cook it for another 8 - 9 min on low flame, keep stirring continuously.

4. Add sugar ( 3 tsp for 1 glass ) and cardamom powder . mix everything well.

5. Now add some saffron strands infused milk. Keep the flame a little high for few minutes.

6. Then switch it off. Pour Almond ( badam) shake in a container.

7. Put it in a refrigerator to get it chilled.

8. Finally served the chilled shake with ice cubes.

9. Use finally chopper dry fruits for garnish.
